Each of our pieces is covered by a "lifetime" warranty. This warranty is in effect until the death of the original owner(s) or 20 years, whichever is longer.

 

The warranty is transferable to "immediate" family members under the following conditions:

 

  • When transferring the warranty to an "immediate" family member, the warranty applies upon the death of the original owner and the elapsed time from the actual date of purchase is less than 20 years. 
  • An "immediate" family member is considered to be a parent, child, grandchild, or sibling.
  •  The warranty may be transferred to an "immediate" family member while the original owner is still alive, but the warranty period will be limitied to 20 years from the original date of purchase.

 

If the original owner moves or a piece is transferred to an "immediate" family member at a different location, the following conditions must be met or the warranty becomes null and void:

 

  • The item(s) must be "professionally" packed and shipped.
  •  
    If a claim is made under the warranty program after an item has been moved, the moving company's bill of lading must be provided that clearly indicates the item(s) was/were delivered in satisfactory condition.
