INVENTORY ORDERS:
 
Call for pricing on idividual inventory pieces.
 
  • All prices quoted are wholesale (to save you money).
  • Any prices quoted do NOT include shipping and handling (or installation for fireplace mantels).
  • Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined at the time of shipment.
  • Everything we sell will be insured for the full amount plus the amount of shipping (insurance costs are NOT included in the price quoted).
  • We Ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, or special freight (whichever is appropriate for the individual piece being shipped). 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

 

  • Custom orders are welcome. A price will be negotiated and agreed upon prior to any work commencing
  • The agreed upon price will NOT include installation costs for fireplace mantels - those costs must be negotiated between the customer and whomever they choose to install the mantel.
  • The agreed upon price will NOT include any metal art the customer may want for a fireplace mantel - those costs must be negotiated between the customer and whomever they choose to create the metal art.
  • The agreed upon price will NOT include shipping or delivery.
  • The customer will have seven (7) days from the actual date of a custom order to cancel that order.
  • If the customer cancels an order after the seven day period, a fee totalling 50% of the agreed upon price will be non-refundable in total if the project has already been started.
  • The same conditions will apply for shipping and handling of custom orders as apply for inventory orders.

 

 ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

  • If the customer decides to get an estimate prior to shipping, they need to remember that this is only an estimate (an exact shipping amount cannot be assessed until the item has actually been crated or packaged to determine true dimensions and weight).

  • For very large or multiple item purchases, the possibility exists that we may deliver if within close proximity to us (see delivery options below).

  • If an item is damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible to contact the shipping or freight company immediately to file a claim.

  • If an item is scratched during shipment, the customer is responsible to get an estimate from a wood refinisher in their area. Or we can supply an estimate to have the item shipped back to us for repairs. After a claim has been approved, the shipping company will give the customer the go ahead to have the item repaired. DO NOT start on the repair process until the claim has been approved, in some cases they will send a claims investigator out to assess the damage.

  • If the item is damaged beyond repair during shipment, we will work with the customer on designing a similar piece which will be paid for and shipped at the shipping company's expense.

 

  PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

  • Cash is always welcome.

  • In the event cash is chosen as the method of payment, a 50% down payment will be required (non-refundable if the order is cancelled after 7 days of the original order and the project has already been started).

  • The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.

  • In the event cash is not an option, we also accept purchases through PayPal.

  • Regardless of the payment method chosen, a service contract will be provided to each customer for each purchase in order to help ensure and protect the interests of ourselves and our customers.

  • Sorry, but we do not accept credit card transactions, money orders, or cashier's checks.

 

 DELIVERY OPTIONS:

  •  For larger pieces and multiple item purchases, in particular, delivery within a 200 mile radius of Pine may be a possibility.
  • Standard mileage rates, meal and possible lodging costs, and an hourly fee for our time would apply for our round trip expenses.
  • Or, if the customer is so inclined, pickup at our shop is also a possibility.
