Every piece we offer is custom made. The wood we use is hand picked for each very special project. Our goal is to ensure each piece we make will last for generations to come.
Terms:
We require a 50% deposit when an order is placed, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping.
Any changes made after a deposit has been made may result in additional charges.
Shipping and insurance
are calculated and added to the final payment.
If for some reason
during the building process you decide to cancel your order, we do not offer refunds once a deposit has been made - exchanges only.
Orders are
processed on a first come first serve basis. It may take anywhere from a few months to a full year to complete an order depending on our current client projects list at the time of your order.
Shipping/Delivery:
Pick up at our shop is free, of course.
Shipping prices to other locations will be
calculated depending on method of shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and will be determined upon
completion of your order.
Shipping prices vary depending on your location and on the weight and size of the piece being shipped.
All orders are specially wrapped to help ensure, to the extent possible, their safe and undamaged delivery. Regardless, insurance coverage equal to the value of the piece being shipped will be required on all shipments, just in case.
When your shipment arrives, we ask that you inspect the crate prior to opening it. If there are any visible signs of damage, please make note of them and, if possible, take pictures. Please do the same after opening the crate as you inspect your piece. If there are ANY signs of damage, please keep the packaging materials in order for us to make an insurance claim.
Due to the custom nature of our business, an
estimated completion and delivery date will be provided to you. This date may change if any problems arise once we start your project or we encounter delays with other projects we are currently working on. In order to assure you your piece will be of top quality and to your satisfaction, we will NOT rush the process.
Please be aware that no matter which shipping method is used, once a piece leaves our
hands it is out of our control as to how
the piece is handled. Therefore, as stated previously, we require that all pieces be insured for their value in case of
any damage during shipment. If damage does
occur during shipment, and we must make you a new one, we will do our best to work
your piece in between our other current orders, to get it done as quickly
as possible.
